If you are not completely satisfied with any product acquired from and maintained by ImageQuest, we will replace it without charge with a like model. This guarantee will be effective for three years following the equipment delivery, unless the equipment is financed for more than three years, in which event it will be effective for the entire term of the equipment lease agreement. This guarantee applies to equipment that has been continuously maintained by ImageQuest or its authorized representative under an ImageQuest Complete Care^TM maintenance agreement.
