ImageQuest is pleased to announce that we have been selected to represent The Sharper Image brand of toner products in the Nashville marletplace.

Sharper Image Corporation signed a multiyear licensing agreement for toner, ink and other imaging supplies. Under the agreement, ImageQuest will offer high quality, reliable color and black & white compatible ink and toner cartridges for printers and fax machines.

John W. Spotts, Senior Vice-President, Brand Licensing for The Sharper Image, said: "This licensing agreement brings Sharper Image back to our earliest roots, as the brand was initially associated with direct sales of office supply products. Today's compatible ink-and-toner business is a high-growth category, and we feel we have a strong partner with the experience to develop this opportunity."

Certified Service Technicians

Lot's of companies are authorized but are their service technicians?

Our real value-add is our remote monitoring and management capability.  We monitor every networked output device (printer, fax, multi-functional product, etc.) in real time to provide unparalleled uptime performance and responsiveness.  Utilizing state of the art secure, web-based monitoring we know about issues with your equipment long before you do – and respond proactively to intercede before you lose critical uptime.

Complete Care Printer Program

There are two models that ImageQuest can employ to support our customers' printer devices.
  • Printer Management Program - ImageQuest provides the HP printer device's, all consumables, all service parts, and all labor for a per image (printed page) charge.  The per image charge ranges from just under 2 cents to as much as 3.5 cents – depending on the number of devices and the volume of printed output.  We also utilize our Remote Monitoring system to collect real-time data, toner levels, service concerns and usage meters.  The benefits of this program are that the customer does not have to expend any capital up front for output devices, their personnel do not have to worry with supply inventory levels, and there is a fixed price per image.   
  • Complete Care Printer Program - With this program customers agree to purchase their OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or The Sharper Image brand toner from ImageQuest. In return they receive almost all of the same benefits of the Printer Management Program including Remote Monitoring, courteous, rapid on-site service, toner delivery, semi-annual preventive maintenance and cleaning on all covered devices, and a free loaner program in the event a unit is down and requires in-shop repair.  In addition customers receive a 50% discount on all service labor and a discount on new printer product's acquired through ImageQuest.
