ImageQuest is pleased to announce that we have been selected to represent The Sharper Image brand of toner products in the Nashville marletplace.

Sharper Image Corporation signed a multiyear licensing agreement for toner, ink and other imaging supplies. Under the agreement, ImageQuest will offer high quality, reliable color and black & white compatible ink and toner cartridges for printers and fax machines.

John W. Spotts, Senior Vice-President, Brand Licensing for The Sharper Image, said: "This licensing agreement brings Sharper Image back to our earliest roots, as the brand was initially associated with direct sales of office supply products. Today's compatible ink-and-toner business is a high-growth category, and we feel we have a strong partner with the experience to develop this opportunity."

With this FleetView remote monitoring and management capability we monitor every networed output device (printer, multi-function product, fax, etc.) in real time to provide unparalleled uptime performance and responsiveness. Utilizing state of the art secure, web-based monitoring we know about supply levels and service issues with your equipment before you do - and respond proactively to intercede before you lose critical uptime.

You will find that many of your hardware and software issues can be solved immediately - over the telephone - by one of our associates.  In the event you do need an on-site visit, however one of our trained, courteous technology support specialists will call you back within one-hour to schedule your service engagement.


ImageQuest collects most of our billing meters through our FleetView management softare. If your device is not supported by our FleetView program we will contact you periodically to collect your billing meters. You can provide your meter read in three ways.

  • Click the "Send Meter Reading" link below and enter your billing meter information on our secure web portal.
  • Email your meter read to meters@myimagequest.com.  Be sure to include your company name, model(s), serial number(s) and ImageQuest Unit ID #(s) in your email.
  • Call 615-360-COPY (2679) and one of our customer service associates will be happy to take your meter read(s) over the telephone.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product acquired from and maintained by ImageQuest, we will replace it without charge with a like model. This guarantee will be effective for three years following the equipment delivery, unless the equipment is financed for more than three years, in which event it will be effective for the entire term of the equipment lease agreement. This guarantee applies to equipment that has been continuously maintained by ImageQuest or its authorized representative under an ImageQuest Complete CareTM maintenance agreement.
